Exercise For Eyes is very important

 We give importance to physical activity like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming and many more. But when it comes to eyes we generally goes to general checkup and then goes power glass or any other treatment for the problem. We give importance to all the parts of the body but don't think about eyes and their issues. It may lead to many serious problems. So i request peoples to spend 10 minutes for eyes  and do some simple exercise for eyes.
